1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Once an order has been processed and handed to the carrier, it can no longer be canceled or modified.

All sales are final. Please confirm your order before completing your purchase.

2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times after processing:

• Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, or the weather

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

4. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer.

If we identify any issues with the shipping address before dispatch, we may contact you to confirm or correct the details. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to respond promptly.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, THE ARCHIVE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

6. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Carrier issues
• Weather conditions
• Customs processing
